HOW IT'S DONE

Basically, the individual at a unit or family support group responsible for getting stuff made for that group (typically for fundraising) contacts me through the 'contact' page on this site.  Sometimes this is the CO or the head of a spouse's wives club (or in the case of NAVAIR the Coffee Mess Officer, for the Air Force, the SNACKO, etc).

Either way, we usually need to be sure the CO is involved and aware of any designs being created that will be associated with the unit or squadron (even if unofficial).

We talk about the financials related to the design, and if I will be able to sell the resulting designs on this site or not (if an official emblem is involved my understanding is that the Commanding Officer has to sign off on it).

Then work begins and continues until the design is done and I have coordinated with the companies tasked with creating the final item(s).

That's it, in a nutshell...
